How it works

Our Priority;One Maintenance Program is an annual agreement providing testing and maintenance of your air conditioning equipment twice a year; once for cooling and once for heating. During these inspections, which we schedule at your convenience, we will perform several critical checks of your system as outlined on our multiple point inspection checklist. If any problems or areas of concern are discovered, you will be notified so you can make an informed decision on how you want to proceed.

Benefits of annual maintenance

Several independent long-term studies have shown the majority of all emergency repairs could be eliminated with a small investment in routine annual maintenance. Other benefits are reduction of energy bills and extended equipment life. Even better is that these benefits can be multiplied further through our weatherization process.

Preferred customer benefits

These value added benefits are included with our preferred customer Priority One Maintenance Agreement:

• Priority One Status for Service Calls - Any time you need an elective or emergency service call for plumbing, electrical or cooling/heating work, you will receive preferential scheduling, even during our peak demand periods; normally within 24 hours.
• Discounted Service Charge - Prority One members receive a special discounted service charge rate of $59 for any plumbing, electrical and cooling/heating service calls.
• Parts and Labor Discount - Priority One members receive a 10% discount off plumbing, electrical and cooling/heating repair costs, up to a maximum discount of $100 per repair.
• Special Pricing for Large Projects - Priority One members receive special pricing considerations on all large project work such as an electrical service upgrade, water heater replacement/installation or replacement of cooling/heating equipment.
