I wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation for a couple of guys who work under your management. I am selling a house as a part of an estate (I am the executor). I needed some A/C, as well as electrical work done in preparation for closing on the house. After contacting an electrician who failed to show up, I called Fox. The electrician, (Timothy), came the same day I called and fixed the electrical issue. He then called in and had an A/C guy (Brett) come out to address the A/C issue. Brett showed up within a short time and made the repair that same day. I was able to get the electrical and A/C issues taken care of the same day I called (!). The following week (yesterday) I realized I had an issue with the other A/C unit. I called this morning and was able to get another A/C guy (Jerry) out within hours. Jerry figured out the problem and took care of it quickly. All 3 of the Fox employees were prompt, courteous, professional and prompt I can tell you this: I have dealt with a lot of repair people, subcontractors, estate sales people, real estate people, inspectors, etc in settling this estate and it has been an often frustrating task; however, l have found the staff at Fox (including the people who answer the phones) to be a pleasure to work with. They have all made a stressful time less stressful for me! I also know that you do not get this kind of service unless there is a culture of excellence that begins with management. I just wanted you to know that Brett and Jerry were awesome. Please tell Timothy's manager the same.

My A/C is installed and I want to tell you that it was the best experience that I've ever had with a contractor.  The installation professionals were just that..very professional and extremely courteous.  They were extremely careful not to damage anything while carrying the equipment up to the attic and kept me informed of every important installation decision that was made.  My expectations were met and exceeded. Fox Services will continue to be my A/C contractor of choice and you can bet that you will receive glowing referrals for others wishing to replace their A/C system. Thank you for your extreme attention to detail.  It made all the difference in making what would have been an okay experience to and excellent one. All the best!.

This is my second thoroughly happy experience with Fox. On Saturday, Labor Day weekend, my garbage disposal stopped working. I called Fox and was both surprised and delighted to be able to get scheduled for Sunday! James was my plumber, and he fixed the disposal so quickly that I asked him to repair a tub/shower problem that had been bugging me for months. I've been a AHS subscriber for years, but now that I have a Fox contract, I'm dropping them. Fox is the greatest!

 Bret was exactly on time and did a wonderful job installing my new digital thermostat. I was also impressed with the way Fox called to confirm my appointment, called again to see if I wanted and earlier installation, and then called on the morning of the installation to let me know the service man was on his way. Our AC quit the Thursday evening before Memorial Day weekend. To make matters worse, we were expecting house guests for the weekend. I am a FOX Priority customer but when I spoke to FOX I was told all technicians were busy and they did not believe they could get someone to my house before Saturday. This was a major bummer as our guests were arriving Friday afternoon and the house and their bedroom would be without AC. Later Friday morning FOX called and said a technician would be at our house on Fridaym afternoon. Robert (from FOX) arrived at approximately the same time as our guests and immediately started working on our AC. He determined the issue was a faulty thermostat. He had a thermostat in his truck and installed the new unit and cold air began to blow from the AC. Thanks to Robert and FOX our Memorial Day Weekend was spent in a cool house. Way to go FOX!

I had a problem with the initial technician that was sent to repair my A/C. After paying, I called and complained to the Customer Service department. The next day a supervisor named Tom took my complaint seriously and within 1.5 hrs there was a new technician named LaCounte at my door who was awesome! Although I have used them in the past, this was the first issue I had with this company, therefore I am impressed with how well they take care of their customers. I am now very happy and COOL in Cedar Park and I would definitely recommend this company for being both efficient and honest!

We had the privilege yesterday, of having LaCounte M. repair our AC. He arrived at our Lakeway home at 9:00am and worked non-stop until 8:30pm, until the job was finished. This was a two-man job, but he did it alone. Never heard him complain as I sat in amazement wondering how he was going to complete this job alone. His professionalism, knowledge, and desire to get the job done RIGHT is second to none. I bought a service plan from him to check the system before it's time to run the heater again. He'll be the one we request for the service. Thank you LaCounte and Fox Service Company for making what could have been a harrowing experience a bearable one.

WOW!! Fox Service Company is a company you can trust, no matter what. Had a hot water tank (heater) put in yesterday, had a leak this morning and the were 'Johnny on the Spot" to do EVERYTHING they could to help us. My husband is a Disabled Veteran with Agent Orange, and I am disabled as well. USE ONLY THESE PEOPLE; from the very start they have worked hard and care about the cusotmer. AAA+++

As a long-time Fox/Priority 1 customer and recent Mr. Appliance service recipient, I want to acknowledge the 'extra' service I recently received.  For 20 years, I have generally had good experiences with Fox. Several weeks ago, Danny O (Fox) completed a scheduled plumbing inspection - returning later to complete several of the recommended gas-related items.  The old oven in the house is rarely used - and with no gas odor - discovered some time later that it was not working.  While Danny did not work on it, the pilot was not relit after the gas was turned off.  There had never been an issue with the oven - turn it on, use it, turn it off -- the challenge for him was just in figuring out the old model with no specs handy. Danny referred the task at Fox's expense to Mr. Appliance.  Philip was able to figure it out - and also returned when the gas level needed re-adjusting. The time taken by both technicians, checking for safety considerations, covering the expense, answering my many questions - are to a degree expected but your companies went the extra mile.  While inconvenient for me schedule-wise, I greatly appreciate the help and service.  Please accept my thanks - and pass them along to Danny O/Fox and Philip/Mr. Appliance. True to form, it's only been on once - but on/off and still relit!

I recently had a service technician from Fox service my HVAC system and I want to comment about the positive customer service experience I had.  The technician's name was Aubrey and I could not be more pleased with his work. Aubrey was very respectful of my home and he completed the work with the least amount of disruption.  He took the time to explain the work he performed and explained the results.  I have used Fox to replace 2 of the 3 HVAC systems in my home.  My decision to use Fox for new equipment was based on price and equipment, but also the excellent service I have received in the past.  I have the 2 replacement units on Fox Priority One service plan and the company does an excellent job of reminding me when preventative maintenance is needed.

I'm writing to express my gratitude for the prompt, professional way that Fox handled a recent problem.  Our Moen faucet in the kitchen was replaced and I was not happy with the one installed, as it was a different model.  When Moen sent us the replacement (as they offer a lifetime guarantee) it was my old, familiar model.  Even though I tried to get used to the one Fox had installed, I could not, as it seemed too low to me.  I contacted Cheryl Barrett, the Service Manager by e-mail on a Saturday and Monday she replied by both e-mail and a phone call to say that it would be no problem to swap the faucets.  This was done the very next day!  I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am and so impressed with everyone at Fox who all "made my day"!  They include the technicians (Roger D and Paul O) as well as the Plumbing Manager Kendell Craig) who authorized a check for the balance due to me and did not charge for the second service call.  We also received a 10% Senior Citizen discount, which was offered.  I didn't even have to ask!  As retirees, this is a welcome surprise!  We have used Fox in the past, and will continue to do so.  I wanted to share this good report with you!

Thank you for hiring such incredible technicians!  We had Ryan come out and work on our air conditioning today.  Originally he though the repairs would cost $600 because of needed parts.  Once he got here he found that our old bracket would not need to be replaced, this saved us $200 on repairs!  I really appreciate his work ethic and integrity.

I was in an airport 2000 miles away when my mother, who was staying with our 9 month old in our house, called and said the A/C was out.  Feeling completely helpless, I called an ordered a repair.  Upon landing 3 hours later, I was shocked to hear the A/C was already fixed.  Many thanks to LaCounte Murray for a job well done.  He only fixed what was broken and the price was completely reasonable, especially considering the repair was performed on a Sunday afternoon.  We'll use Fox again and recommend your services to everyone.  Thank you!!

The service guy was at my door within 20 minutes of calling the company. I couldn't believe it! Since it was close to 110 degrees and my AC was on the fritz, I was so appreciative.  >>>>>>> The technician was so nice and answered all of my questions.  I have used Fox before, and have been happy with their service every time. I also like  the way they have a price schedule for billing. Other places seem to pull a price out of the air, leaving you wonder if the price is fair.  TRUSTWORTHY is a good word to describe Fox.  THANK YOU!!!!
