Can I Purchase Parts & Fixtures and Have Fox Install Them?

The short answer is, yes.  Additionally, with the large selection of brands and styles available to consumers in the “big box” home stores, it may be easier for you to pick out exactly what you want for your home.  However, - and this is a big “however” – it will not be covered by our parts warranty. 

Normally Fox Service Company warrants all parts and labor for twelve months after we purchase and install them.  However, in the case of parts a homeowner purchases directly from any source, Fox can only extend our warranty to our labor.  In the event of a parts failure in the twelve months normally covered by our warranty, we will charge you to remove the defective part and replace it.  On the other hand, for parts we purchase and install, you are completely covered for twelve months for parts and labor in the event of a failure.
