Replaced my AC and heat unit. Very competitive price, not the cheapest, but not by much. Only took three days to get on the install schedule. Crew cleaned up completely. Was in and out in about 5 hours. Would recommend. Update 6/5/2023 Fox came out again to help with a clogged drain. Although they were not able to fix the drain during this appointment, Isaiah was very professional and explained the issue in a very understandable manner. Will use them again to come and fix the problem permanently. Updated 3/11/2026 Greg came out to replace a plumbing fixture. He took care of business in no time. Though it was a difficult procedure due to calcification, it didn't faze him. Fox never disappoints. They're the only people I call for plumbing and electric.

(2) Shawn Dunlap and Pedro are plumbing magicians. Got new water heater installed in a complicated setting. Miracle workers. (3) Shawn Dunlap and Brandon Garcia are plumbing magicians. Solved the mystery of weird sediment in toilet tanks. Installed new property owner’s cutoff. Dealt with mud from 4” rain. Miracle workers. (4) David Ugarde is tech of choice for my HVAC. Prompt, careful, takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. Uses photos to more fully explain inner workings of my unit. Yes!!

2026... update. We had Richard Santellan do our well check for our new unit, and he did a very thorough job. Thank you, Richard. 2025... What can I say about Fox HVAC team. My husband and I thought our unit was pretty much expired. Our unit was 27 years old and served us well. We chose Fox because they're the company that installed the 27-year-old unit. There was a miscommunication at the start, but Fox showed good faith and we were able to come to a resolution acceptable to both parties. Juan Perez and the installers were so professional and very respectful of our questions. Some days later, they sent out Rick Cannon to oversee the install and make sure everything was up to code. Again, Rick was so respectful of our questions and concerns. I am so very happy with Fox as a company; they truly care about their customers.
