Greg was absolutely the best! We had a drain leak in the kids’ shower that was causing water to run down the inside of a wall into the bathroom below. We talked to multiple plumbers on the phone who said diagnosing the problem would be too complicated. Greg came over and got to the heart of the issue in less than an hour, was quick with repairs and was able to access the leak through the inside of a cabinet avoiding an unsightly drywall hole in the bathroom. I highly recommend using Fox and Greg for your plumbing needs!

My wife and I found water dripping from our ceiling under our HVAC system late last night and scheduled a technician to come take a look on the following morning, July 4th. Staton quickly found the problem with the AC, fixed it and reset the thermostat while removing unnecessary alerts. He checked both filters in the attic and removed the indoor filters while educating us on how often to change these and why indoor filters should not be used. My A/C broke yesterday. It was 9 years old and had been having issues for a while. I had Fox come out and we took a look at the system, and I agreed to purchase an A/C unit from them to replace my one. They came today, and a gentleman named Caleb was my technician. Caleb was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He answered all our questions. Best part was I thought it would take about 8 hours to have the A/C cooling the house, but Caleb had it up and running in half that time. I'm excited with the new A/C and hoping it works as well as Fox company is saying it will. I went from 2.5T to 3T, so I'm hoping I'll notice the difference between my old unit and this one. Highly recommend Fox Service Company.
