Fox HVAC Technician Silence Redfearn arrived during the scheduled window and seemed very confident and competent. I feel that she did a very thorough check of our AC system, including using temperature sensors at multiple AC vents. She discovered system refrigerant was a bit low and, with my permission, added refrigerant and a UV leak tracer. Fox will be reaching out to me to schedule a return appointment in approximately two weeks to scan for any UV dye marking any leaks. She explained that this is an additional charge above our annual home comfort club membership. But I thought that it was a good investment. We don't want to waste money on leaky refrigerant, or miss any developing problems with deteriorating equipment. Especially while still under warranty! Tech Redfearn was patient with my questions and thorough about explaining any additional charges. I am very comfortable with this technician and her professionalism. And I would be happy to have her work at my home for any future issues with my HVAC system.
