Highly recommend Fox Service Company
My A/C broke yesterday. It was 9 years old and had been having issues for a while. I had Fox come out and we took a look at the system, and I agreed to purchase an A/C unit from them to replace my one. They came today, and a gentleman named Caleb was my technician. Caleb was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He answered all our questions. Best part was I thought it would take about 8 hours to have the A/C cooling the house, but Caleb had it up and running in half that time. I'm excited with the new A/C and hoping it works as well as Fox company is saying it will. I went from 2.5T to 3T, so I'm hoping I'll notice the difference between my old unit and this one. Highly recommend Fox Service Company.

Fox Service Technician, Jaden Ogeda, came to my house to install a Drain IV for my second A/C unit. He arrived on-site as promised in the notification email I received from Fox Service. He was very professional and thorough. I requested some information from my unit which he proceeded to get for me. I was very satisfied with his service and politeness.

Very Satisfied with A/C Work
I am very satisfied with A/C work performed by Fox Service Technician, AZ Sanders. He identified that our A/C unit had a plugged overflow drain line, and he proceeded to rectify and fix the problem. He also recommended installing a Drain IV, which would address our problem long term. He initially gave me a price estimate, to which I reacted as excessive. After talking to his manager, he was able to secure an acceptable price, and after explaining the benefits of upgrading to newer technology, I provided authorization for the installation on our two A/C units. AZ was very timely in his arrival and performed all A/C work to my satisfaction. He did a very good job of explaining all work performed.
