I cannot ask for better service
I called in the morning asking for availability, and they had a technician here at 11:00. Unfortunately, the job did not get finished, but that was due to my time constraints and having to leave the house. He was back this morning for another diagnostic and was able to see the problem right off the bat since the fix yesterday did not do the job. My time was short again today, so he is coming tomorrow on his day off to fix my furnace. I cannot ask for better service than that. Paul Dugas was my technician.
