Ralph Granados installed my new hot water heater. He arrived promptly and not only did he do the job efficiently, he replaced my leaky outside faucet (unprompted but much appreciated) and added a simpler method for turning off water to the house—a great relief to me as I had a major flood in 2023 and couldn't turn the water off at the street connection which resulted in major damage to the house. Ralph is friendly and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him.

Cameron and Chase went absolutely above and beyond today! Even though they weren’t able to fully fix our AC issue, I was completely blown away by their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. They took the time to explain what was going on, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we understood our options moving forward. What really impressed me was their willingness to help outside the scope of the job—they even brought heavy portable AC units inside from our car so we could stay cool while waiting for the bigger repair. I’ve never had service where the issue couldn’t be resolved on the spot, yet still felt this satisfied and grateful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Cameron and Chase turned what has been a really stressful day into one where I felt taken care of and respected. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Please buy them lunch and give them a raise, they're a great pair, and we are really impressed with how well they work together in serving their customers. We don't even have AC and we can't stop talking about how great they were today! Fox AC in general is just the best—save yourself the time and trouble & go with them for all AC needs!

Marshall, Romario, and Olin are primarily who service my home, and after several services (a new electrical panel and system upgrade from an out-of-code build from the 70s, a new water heater + filtration system from a 15+ year-old system, and several small jobs like installing new toilets or valves), I can confidently say I absolutely trust and recommend them and Fox as a company. As a young female homeowner, one of my biggest fears of homeownership was dealing with repairmen and contractors. I’ve called several very well-known companies that are on billboards around town and I always felt talked down to, upcharged for simple work (like $800 to drain an AC line), and like I couldn’t trust what they were pushing. Every time I’ve called Fox, whether it be for plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, I’ve felt like I can trust their word and like the person I’m speaking to has integrity in what they’re putting in people’s homes. I also feel like I can trust them to be inside my home, which can be very vulnerable! When I’ve had issues dealing with my utility company, Marshall was even there to walk me through what to do, even in the evening. Olin and Romario have walked me through my electric and plumbing in a neutral, knowledgeable way to help me understand my home more. Everyone I’ve worked with is personable, reasonable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I don’t feel like they’re pushing me in the more profitable direction, like I have with the other companies I’ve tried/had to hire. I’m very thankful for the team here at Fox, and I feel completely safe to recommend them to other women that may be uncomfortable hiring help. It's rare to find people that still recognize the gravity of their work and take pride in it. Truly some of the best men in the field.

Guys! This company is amazing! I called at 7:44 this morning. At first, they didn’t have anything. But she checked with her technician John Price and he said he would take the call. Guys! He was here in way less than an hour! My husband explained that we were replacing our electric water heater. When we went to plug it in, it wasn’t getting power. It was only reading 120 volts when it should have been reading 240. John went out to our breaker box and immediately found the issue. He called us out there and explained everything. What the issue was. What we need to do to fix it. First of all, the price for a service call on a Saturday morning was really good! But if we decided to do the repair, that goes towards the repair! It needed one of the circuit breaker things in the breaker box replaced. He told me the name, but I already forgot. He gave me the price and, of course, I said yes please! We signed and let him do his magic. He did the repair and then even made sure the water heater came on! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very trustworthy! I felt comfortable having him in my home and feel blessed that I found this company. John Price, thank you! Like for real, thank you! I hope they do take you out to lunch, because you absolutely deserve it! Guys, if you are looking for an electrician, call Fox! You won’t regret it. You might even be lucky to meet John.

Enos Hwang and his colleague Sam worked tirelessly to replace and upgrade our electrical panels. They spent three full 12-hour days doing this, including digging two 30” deep holes through solid limestone to bury the grounding plates required by code. These gentlemen stuck with it until the job was done – and did an excellent job. I would definitely say that Enos and Sam deserve lunch and maybe dinner too! Thanks, guys!

Ralph Granados was exceptional. Within a few hours of requesting service, Ralph was at my house inspecting my water heater. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced, so I thought it would get done a few days later. Nope, it was done the same day. I had left the country that day. Not a great way to start my vacation, but Ralph replaced it while I wasn't at my house. He was very courteous and professional, which made the unfortunate circumstance much better. Fox, go ahead and buy Ralph a very nice steak dinner! I will definitely be using Fox again!
