Thanksgiving is not the best time to have plumbing problems. But then, there is no good time. Sean came despite the holiday, but needed a part that wasn’t available until later. He arrived on the designated day, repaired the plumbing, all the time with a happy attitude. He apologized for the delay when it wasn’t his fault at all. He deserves a free lunch along with his helper, Alex Trujillo.

A very positive experience
I was having an issue with a breaker after 5:00 p.m., and it left me with no power in one bedroom and the guest bath. I searched for an electrician, and Fox had their phone manned 24/7, so I was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. The electrician called me as he was on the way and arrived promptly. We discussed the problem, and he got to work. He was able to determine the breaker was not correctly wired, fixed the problem, and explained in detail what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and what to do if it happened again. The price for the repair was very reasonable.
With the quick service and professional approach to the repair, this was a very positive experience, and I could recommend Fox Service Company to others.
