Thanksgiving is not the best time to have plumbing problems. But then, there is no good time. Sean came despite the holiday, but needed a part that wasn’t available until later. He arrived on the designated day, repaired the plumbing, all the time with a happy attitude. He apologized for the delay when it wasn’t his fault at all. He deserves a free lunch along with his helper, Alex Trujillo.

Our technician today, Rafael, and his helper were courteous and knowledgeable and went right to work replacing an outdoor faucet. I explained I didn't want to try to replace it since it was rusted, but Rafael assured me he could do it without any impact on the existing water line. It was done well and he resealed it to protect it from the Texas heat - 5 stars for sure.
