Dominic came out and was so patient, professional, determined, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. He spent over 5 hours persistently trying multiple solutions until the issues were completely resolved. I was in video meetings during a lot of their work and they seemed to be extra careful to make less noise when I was on those calls because the people I met with said that they didn't notice them.
