I’ve used Fox for two major AC replacements and plenty of maintenance. They’re the only ones I want to use in the future too. They’ll never be your cheapest option, but you can count on a worry-free experience. They set expectations and explain options clearly. They work through any unexpected situations to make sure you’re getting exactly what you planned. I especially appreciate the time they take to fit and finish the work site so the installation looks good too. The guys showed up on time. They were extremely professional. Their estimate on how long it would take was pretty accurate. I was in video meetings during a lot of their work and they seemed to be extra careful to make less noise when I was on those calls because the people I met with said that they didn't notice them. Overall - great job!
